New foliage in gorgeous pink through to dark red, almost-black tones on deep purple vines, turning emerald green with white leaf margins on maturity and measuring up to 8cm x 4cm.
Blooms: Lightly felted, star-shaped pink flowers, 18mm in diameter, with plum-centred pink corona. Up to 30 flowers per umbel. Small amount of nectar. Light sweet fragrance. Flowers last up to 7 days.
Sun exposure: Medium to bright indirect light.
Water requirement: Prefers well-draining open mix. Water less in winter.
Maintenance: Low. Half strength doses of fertiliser in growing period.
Special note: WAOL permitted. A cultivar of H. Krimson Queen aka carnosa variegata. Cool hoya: best suited to temperatures between 10-25C.
