Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items, delivery may take 10-14 business days depending on your location and the required handling.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Hoya Store ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged or defective, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
